Thank you for shopping with Beauty Boss. Please read this Refunds & Returns Policy before placing an order.

Beauty Boss sells a mixture of physical products, print-on-demand products and digital products. Some items are made especially after your order is placed.

1. Print-on-demand products

Some of our products, including hoodies, T-shirts, crop tops, aprons and selected merch, are made using a print-on-demand service.

This means the item is printed after your order is placed. Please check the product details, colour, size and delivery address carefully before ordering.

2. Returns for standard physical products

For standard, non-personalised physical products, you can contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to request a return.

Items must be:

Unused
Unworn
Unwashed
In original condition
Suitable for resale

Please contact us before returning anything. We will confirm the return instructions if your return is accepted.

Customers are usually responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

3. Personalised or custom products

Personalised or custom-made products cannot usually be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty, damaged, misprinted or incorrect.

This includes items made with a custom name, custom wording, custom design or anything created especially to your request.

4. Damaged, faulty, misprinted or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Include:

Your name
Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Clear photos showing the fault, damage, misprint or incorrect item
A photo of the packaging if the parcel arrived damaged

Once we have reviewed the issue, we will arrange a replacement, reprint or refund where appropriate.

You do not need to return damaged or faulty print-on-demand items unless we specifically ask you to.

5. Sizing issues

Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

If the item matches the size ordered and is not faulty, we may not be able to offer a free replacement.

If you ordered the wrong size, please contact us and we will let you know if a return is possible.

6. Order cancellations

Because print-on-demand products can go into production quickly, cancellations are not always possible.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

If the order has already gone into production or been dispatched, we may not be able to cancel it.

7. Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original delivery costs may not always be refunded unless the full order is returned or the item was faulty, damaged or incorrect.

8. Digital products and free templates

Digital downloads, templates and free digital files cannot usually be returned once they have been accessed, downloaded or delivered.

If there is a problem with a digital file, please contact us and we will do our best to fix the issue.

9. Returning items

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Do not return items directly to Printify or the manufacturer unless we specifically tell you to.
